   Spare parts dealer connected with us with triangulated billing through Ovam. He believes the warehouse availability is adequate. He pointed out excessive rigidity in the rules regarding counter pickups, although he compliments the warehouse staff who always do their best to bypass problems and accommodate him. He reports prices too high compared to the original list price and consequently net prices, unfortunately, he did not have specific codes to report.
