The spare parts dealer knows our brands and our company, and is well-disposed towards our brands because over time he has always bought some of our products and has never had any quality issues. The workshops accept our brands as they consider them a quality product, and when they are offered, they have no objections of any kind. However, their work is based on brands that are widely distributed among distributors. They do not see it as feasible, at the moment, to consider using one of our brands for shelf replacement of a brand they manage. According to them, our brands are not very widespread, so it would be difficult to commit to a product line. They don’t want to find themselves in a position where they are forced to sell one brand with one arm and the corresponding opposite side with a different brand. This is why they have chosen Moog, as it is widely distributed and always available. The same applies to Akron. If the situation were to change, they would be open to evaluating a partnership with us.

ho visitato il ricambista durante le visite effettuate ai soci asso ricambi per proporre il progetto febi point. il ricambista in un primo momento non si è detto disponibile ad investire tempo e risorse sui nostri prodotti ma dopo un po’ di insistenza ha deciso di aderire al progetto con ad marche, soprattutto perché ha piacere di visitare il nostro sito produttivo.

durante una visita, il ricambista mi ha raccontato come si stanno riorganizzando internamente, con la chiusura di una filiale, intanto hanno ingaggiato l’ex titolare di un loro concorrente prossimo alla chiusura. in tutto ciò data la relazione storica che li lega con ad marche, hanno iniziato a lavorare di più su febi, fanno i complimenti al nostro cliente per l’ottimo assortimento e per il servizio rapido qualora qualcosa manchi in sede ad Ancona
