I visited a retailer I know pretty well after quite some time. During the time we lost contact, the company went through some big changes. Almost all the employees and the manager left, and now they’re trying to reorganize to survive. In the first month, they cut their revenue in half. The company is a mess now and not worth visiting anymore.

The spare parts dealer in question has already been visited, but following that visit, I have decided to remove them from the list of potential dealers, as they have significantly downsized in recent years. The estimated turnover this year is €1,200,000, according to the manager, a significant reduction from the €2 million generated last year. However, this morning they called because they are interested in activating PartsFinder. It was presented to them during the first visit, and they were impressed with the tool. This week, they needed to conduct a more in-depth search for one of our products and requested a brief presentation of PartsFinder, along with its activation. The visit and activation were completed this morning.
