I visited a retailer I know pretty well after quite some time. During the time we lost contact, the company went through some big changes. Almost all the employees and the manager left, and now they’re trying to reorganize to survive. In the first month, they cut their revenue in half. The company is a mess now and not worth visiting anymore.

The spare parts dealer in question has already been visited, but following that visit, I have decided to remove them from the list of potential dealers, as they have significantly downsized in recent years. The estimated turnover this year is €1,200,000, according to the manager, a significant reduction from the €2 million generated last year. However, this morning they called because they are interested in activating PartsFinder. It was presented to them during the first visit, and they were impressed with the tool. This week, they needed to conduct a more in-depth search for one of our products and requested a brief presentation of PartsFinder, along with its activation. The visit and activation were completed this morning.

il ricambista è stato visitato su sua richiesta, mi ha rappresentato una difficoltà enorme a continuare a lavorare in quanto è strettamente collegato ad Aldo Romeo. Aldo Romeo al momento non ha disponibilità, ne in filiale ad Ancona ne su altre sedi, ha messo un annuncio in e-commerce dove, per motivi di riorganizzazione logistica, non garantisce le consegne. oltretutto gli ha ridotto i pagamenti togliendogli la dilazione e mettendoli in contanti senza ragioni specifiche. ci teneva a parlare con noi perché mi chiede a chi deve rivolgersi per le necessità di prodotto febi visto che deve urgentemente cambiare fornitore di riferimento. li ho indirizzato su demauto – ad marche e cati.
