The spare parts dealer is strongly tied to Rhiag, from which he buys almost all of his needs. The company is in significant downsizing, mainly due to an organization that has not adapted over time to market changes. Strongly challenged by the expansion of competitors’ activities, it is increasingly turning to a customer base composed more of private individuals than workshops. They have little interest in establishing direct relationships unless supported by their main supplier, Rhiag.

visitata la sede di Osimo, riscontrato il problema della mancata consegna del kit immagine, visitata poi la sede centrale di Ancona per approfondire ed affrontare la problematica
