The spare parts dealer knows our brands and our company, and occasionally buys our products when he cannot find availability from his main supplier, Rhiag, with whom he develops most of his turnover. He is very loyal to Rhiag, especially because he works almost exclusively with Rhiag products for the bodywork segment. He is not open to considering our brands as primary in his company since they are not distributed by his main supplier. He works with Rhiag and 3R, so he also proposes Rhiag products to the workshops. He has always had positive experiences regarding our brands in terms of perceived quality, range, and price alignment. It may be useful to visit the spare parts dealer to inform him about our latest offerings, but I believe it would be difficult to secure his loyalty on a significant turnover unless we start an important commercial relationship with Rhiag.

ricambista visitato insieme a Mario durante l’attività di affiancamento e formazione. lo abbiamo trovato abbastanza rimesso. con l’apertura delle candidature a partner bosch conseguente alla crisi di aldo romeo, si è visto costretto a passare da unico interlocutore per bosch sulla sua area ad avere altri 2 concorrenti molto agguerriti che inizieranno a proporre i suoi stessi servizi, prevede delle difficoltà. lamenta il fatto che il mercato quest’anno è partito molto lento, sicuramente questa situazione peggiorerà le prospettive.
